Exercising as a Beginner
If you are new to the exercising world then you probably don’t have the same mindset as a person that exercises regularly. Once you get a few good workouts under your belt you will probably fall in love with exercising and begin to incorporate your exercise routine into your everyday life.
The type of exercise that you chose to do is not the most important part of getting in shape. You should settle on an exercise that you can do vigorously for at least half of an hour at a time and that you enjoy doing.
Exercise & The Lymphatic System

Exercising Safely at Home
Gyms are great for those who have the time to travel to them. The problem is that many people will not take the time to do so and their bodies suffer greatly for it.
Having a little workout space at home is a fantastic way to fix this problem. Dedicating a corner of your home for an exercise machine like a treadmill will allow you the utmost convenience for getting in your exercise when it’s the best time for you.
It makes it so easy to get up a few min. early to start your stretching and warm ups before you jump on the treadmill for a brisk morning walk. These days we have to use our time very wisely and having a nice workout machine available in the home truly gives you the much needed flexibility.
Keep these important tips in mind when finding a desired spot for your treadmill:
- Never back it up against a wall, leave enough room that if you were to fall off for any reason you will not be trapped between the machine and the wall.
- If possible fold your machine up when finished so little children are not tempted to make a playground out of it.
- If you do leave the treadmill down make sure you take the safety key with you so it may not be started by children when you are away.
- Always begin with a walking speed before changing it to a run
- It’s a good idea to begin with a couple of min. to warm up and also cool down
Heading these simple safety rules will keep your family members safe from harm and minimize the chance of ever dealing with an accident. Make sure your guests also follow these guidelines and ensure everyone the best home exercise experience ever!
Loving Your Body
I am sure you all read the last blog about the “Love Your Body” sale. Well we thought it would be good to follow up with how to show your body some love. The body feeds off of resistance, maybe you do not like it, but your body lives for it.
The only way you can develop physically is if you encounter some resistance. That is just a cold hard fact of life. Though a little bit of physical exertion is going to make you feel fatigued it is going to make your body feel great.
There are chemicals in the brain called endorphins, and these govern your emotions. Of course your own thought process plays a large role in the production of different chemicals in the brain, but we won’t get into that right now.
More importantly physical activity causes an increase in those endorphins. The fact of the matter is, that running, exercising, working out, all create endorphins and make you happy. Even though you may struggle to exercise, like most people do, you are still going to have that good feeling afterward. There is more to it than just exercising though.
So here is how to love your body
Exercise for at least thirty minutes a day
Whether you use a treadmill to do this or not does not matter. Your body is going to feel loved regardless the exercise that is being performed.
Eat Nutritious Foods
Food is going to fuel your life. If you use good fuel you are going to have more energy and there for better wellbeing.
Sleep Eight Hours
Sleep is just as important as exercise and diet. Actually you can live longer without food than you can without sleep. Think about that for a little bit.
Do these three things and your body will surely feel the love. Once your body starts to feel loved it will begin to reciprocate, and you are going to start feeling love from your body.
